By registering for the Epilepsy Foundation Northwest Northwest Run/Walk for Epilepsy, I hereby release Epilepsy Foundation Northwest, the City of Spokane, Spokane City Parks Department, and all other sponsors, volunteers, and organizers from any and all liability arising from illness or injury I may suffer at Northwest Run/Walk for Epilepsy. I further authorize Epilepsy Foundation Northwest the right to use my image or likeness for the purposes of display, publication or advertising. I understand that I shall receive no compensation for my appearance. I waive any right that I may have to approve the images used in connection therewith.
